# Contribution and limits

Marginal proxy intelligence earns bounded free capacity and priority. Value includes novel useful exits, novel poor exits, pool uncertainty reduction, new provider/product coverage, longitudinal change, and provider-overlap evidence. It is independent of residential/mobile/datacenter labels. Duplicate credentials, repeated failures, dense-prefix cycling, or account splitting do not multiply allowance.

A genuinely new user×exit observation may receive an exploration tranche of at most 10 HTTP requests, 5 MiB returned content, 30 seconds aggregate upstream time, and concurrency 1, subject to daily caps. Once evidence is saturated, credits diminish. Scores and entitlements run in shadow mode before enforcement, and the existing base allowance remains available.

Free capacity is value-weighted and not guaranteed. Current API-key scopes, global pressure controls, connector health, and runtime capability all apply. `GET /v1/me/entitlement` returns only the free baseline, Community Capacity Bonus, currently available units, concurrency, active-job allowance, and queue priority. Exact novelty, scarcity, overlap, classification, acquisition, and contribution-value mechanics are private. `GET /v1/me/value` is a deprecated compatibility alias for the same safe summary. There are no public contribution profiles.
